Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Property Caretaker to be responsible for maintenance and overall safety of several residential properties. This role involves ensuring that all facilities are well-kept, functional, and compliant with safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, electrical knowledge, and experience with facilities maintenance to deliver exceptional property care. As a Property Caretaker, you will play a vital role in maintaining the property’s integrity, supporting property owners, and ensuring a clean, safe environment.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Manage facilities maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, HVAC upkeep, and landscaping to uphold property standards
- Work with subcontractors, vendors, or other team members during maintenance projects, ensuring quality and safety compliance
- Oversee residential painting projects and perform general custodial duties to maintain property aesthetics
- Lake work including dock installation and maintenance.
Experience
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or property management with a focus on residential properties
- Strong mechanical knowledge including plumbing, carpentry, welding, and electrical systems
- Customer service skills to effectively communicate with property owners, management, and vendors, to address their concerns professionally

Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
