Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve maintenance issues efficiently across luxury homes
• Conduct post-clean property inspections for guest readiness
• Handle general repairs including HVAC and carpentry
• Perform pre-arrival checks on essential house features
• Coordinate supply runs and manage project timelines
Requirements:
• Currently residing in Whistler with secured housing
• Valid BC driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Hands-on experience in property maintenance or trades
• Experience in vacation rentals is a plus
