At Color Splash Painting, you will have structure, clear expectations, and ownership of your lane.
We are a fast-growing residential and commercial painting company known for delivering a professional, Drama-Free Painting experience. We are building a company that can scale across multiple locations, and we need a strong Project Manager who wants to grow with it.
This is an ownership role.
You will receive two weeks of structured, hands-on training to learn our systems, standards, technology, and production process.
After training, you take the wheel.
You will not spend three months standing around as an assistant. We invest in you quickly, give you clear expectations, and expect you to lead.
If you need constant direction, repeated reminders, or someone checking behind you every day, do not apply.
What you will own
- Schedule and manage crews and subcontractors daily
- Run multiple projects from kickoff through final walkthrough
- Keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Communicate proactively with homeowners
- Inspect work and correct issues before they become client problems
- Hold crews accountable to our quality standards
- Track labor, materials, job costs, and margins
- Keep project records, photos, and job details complete
- Coordinate with estimators and client coordinators
- Complete professional job closeouts
- Help generate client reviews and referrals
- Help recruit and retain high-quality painters and subcontractors
You will succeed here if:

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in painting operations, construction management, or project management
- Proven ability to manage multiple active projects
- Strong leadership and client communication skills
- Comfortable using technology such as Monday.com, CompanyCam, and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
