Category:
- Management of Subsurface driven, helical and sheet piling projects upon award;
- Development of Construction Execution Plans, Quality Plans, Site Specific Safety Plans
- Leading and fostering a team atmosphere for all Subsurface stakeholders;
- Developing estimates as required focused on specialty foundations;
- Client liaison, development and retention including visiting customers onsite;
- Review, edit, and finalize: pile logs, drilling logs, daily work tickets, invoices, safety documentation; MTRs – submit to senior management
- Complete daily project tracking and production logging including client specific reports, look backs and invoicing
- Develop Requests for Information (RFIs), Change Orders (Cos), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
- Development of detailed project turnover packages; and
- Act as relief and support for Operations Manager as required;
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with driven piling is considered an asset
- A comprehensive understanding of structural piling drawings is required.
- Computer literacy with expertise in Microsoft Office
- Registered as P.Eng. or CET considered an asset
- Minimum Class 5 license with clean record
