Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Commercial Lending and CreditLens LOS experienceto lead endtoend delivery of loan origination and credit transformation initiatives This role will drive project execution across business technology and vendor teams while ensuring alignment with banking risk and regulatory standards
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in commercial lending processes handson experience with CreditLens or similar LOS platforms and a strong background managing complex multiworkstream banking programs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend project management for Commercial Lending LOS CreditLens implementations and enhancements
- Manage project scope schedule budget risks issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Partner with business stakeholders credit risk teams operations IT vendors and regulatory groups
- Drive requirements planning solution design alignment testing coordination deployment and postimplementation support
- Oversee integration with upstream and downstream systems Core banking CRM document management credit decisioning
- Ensure adherence to banking risk compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support change management training and user adoption in collaboration with OCM teams
- Provide executivelevel status reporting dashboards and steering committee updates
- Manage vendor performance delivery milestones and contractual obligations
- Apply Agile Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies as appropriate
Required Skills Experience
- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager within banking or financial services
- Strong handson experience with Commercial Lending Loan Origination Systems CreditLens preferred
- Deep understanding of
- Commercial lending lifecycle origination underwriting credit adjudication booking
- Credit risk collateral management covenants and approvals
- Proven experience delivering largescale LOS or credit transformation initiatives
- Experience managing crossfunctional teams in complex matrixed environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into executable project plans
Technical Functional Experience
- Loan Origination Systems LOS CreditLens mandatory nCino ACBS or similar platforms
- Integration experience with core banking risk document management and workflow systems
- Familiarity with data migration reporting and regulatory controls
- Experience supporting UAT SIT and golive activities
Methodologies Tools
- Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models
- Project management tools such as JIRA Confluence MS Project Clarity or similar
- Strong experience with executive governance and steering committees
Education Certifications Preferred
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Technology or related field
- PMP Prince2 SAFe or Agile certification preferred
- Banking or creditrelated certifications are an asset
