Our agency client is looking for a Project Manager to support the delivery of creative and marketing projects. The client is in the US Pharma space. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and cross functional teams to ensure high quality, compliant work is delivered on time.
This role is 6+ months to FTE, 40 hours per week, and remote! You must reside in Ontario.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day to day project workflow across creative, medical, digital, and production teams
- Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Support client communication and translate briefs into clear requirements
- Oversee MLR/FDA review cycles and manage submissions in platforms like Veeva PromoMats or Zinc
- Track risks, scope changes, and project financials
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience in a pharma or healthcare agency
- Strong understanding of HCP and/or patient marketing deliverables
- Experience with MLR/PRC/FDA processes
- Skilled with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Jira)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
