We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Project Manager to lead and manage end to end PeopleSoft implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise combined with hands on functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft ERP modules, and proven experience delivering complex enterprise programs on time and within budget.
Client: Consulting (Banking)
Location : Downtown, Toronto – Hybrid
Duration: 12 months
Rate: 50-60/hr Incorporated
Top 3 Required Skills:
1. 8 years of enterprise project management experience
2. Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Hybrid delivery models and Proven experience managing large, complex ERP programs
3. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands on experience managing PeopleSoft projects across one or more modules:
• HCM (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor)
• Financials (GL, AP, AR, Asset Management)
• Campus Solutions (Student Records, Financial Aid)
• Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and patching (PUM, tools upgrades)
• Exposure to PeopleSoft Fluid UI, integrations, and bolt ons.
Governance & Delivery
• Experience with PMO reporting, steering committees, and executive governance.
• Risk, issue, dependency, and change request management.
• Vendor and third party coordination.
