What You’ll Be Responsible For :
You will act as the central point of contact across the project – connecting clients, consultants, subtrades, and site teams – while ensuring execution stays aligned with schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Core areas of ownership include:
Project Leadership: Oversee full-cycle project delivery from post-tender to completion
Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison across all parties
Scheduling & Execution: Develop and manage construction schedules in collaboration with site leadership
RFIs & Documentation: Lead RFI processes and ensure all documentation is current and coordinated
Shop Drawings: Manage submission, review, and distribution workflows
Change Orders: Own the full lifecycle – pricing, negotiation, and approval
Meetings & Reporting: Lead project meetings and maintain clear, accurate documentation
Risk Management: Identify issues early and proactively mitigate impact
Closeout: Oversee deficiencies, warranties, and project turnover documentation.

Requirements
What They’re Looking For
This role is best suited for someone who has already built their reputation delivering projects – and wants more ownership, not more oversight.
You likely bring:
5+ years of experience with a General Contractor
Strong background in ICI and/or large-scale residential construction
Proven ability to manage projects from post-tender through completion
Confidence leading conversations with clients, consultants, and trades
Deep understanding of construction documentation (drawings, specs, RFIs, etc.)
Strong scheduling awareness and ability to drive timelines
Experience with platforms like Procore, Buildertrend, or similar
Solid foundation in construction methods (carpentry background is an asset)
Additional requirements:
Working knowledge of OHSA and site safety practices
Valid Working at Heights certification
Driver’s license and ability to travel to site as required
Ability to obtain security clearance (as needed for certain projects)
