Think is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale technology and AV installation project in the Mississauga area. This role will focus on overseeing conference room builds, digital signage deployment, and telecom-related installations within a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of construction project management and IT/AV expertise, with the ability to lead field teams and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for AV and technology installation projects
- Oversee on-site execution, acting as the primary point of contact for field technicians and subcontractors
- Coordinate installation of conference room technologies, digital signage, and telecom infrastructure
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
- Collaborate with program leadership to track progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues
- Provide regular project updates and reporting to internal stakeholders
- Maintain strong communication across cross-functional teams, including technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and operational best practices on-site
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing AV installation or low-voltage technology projects
- Strong background in conference room buildouts, digital signage, and telecom systems
- Experience working in construction, IT infrastructure, or related project environments
- Ability to manage and coordinate blue-collar/field-based technical teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on, “boots-on-the-ground” leadership style with the ability to drive execution
- Prior experience working within regulated or corporate environments is a plus
