Supply Chain Management Experience Required: 4-6+
1. Project Planning & Delivery
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Drive project execution across multiple workstreams including functional, technical, change management, integration, and testing.
• Lead stage gating, DRB (Design Review Board) preparation, PMO compliance, and go/no go readiness.
• Maintain strict oversight of project scope, timelines, deliverables, and quality.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
• Manage daily interactions with product vendors and SIs, ensuring timely delivery, accountability, and adherence to commitments.
• Escalate issues and drive closure of critical defects with urgency and clarity.
• Facilitate discussions between vendors and internal SMEs to resolve design, integration, and data issues.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, TIS (Technology & Information Services), and external partners.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Drive alignment between SCM business teams, ERP sustainment, integration teams, analytics teams, and architecture.
• Coordinate data extraction, migration activities, and environment management (Play, Sandbox, Prod).
• Ensure readiness for training, hypercare, and transition-to-operations (TTO).
• Facilitate working sessions, workshops, and alignment meetings across distributed teams.
4. Communication & Reporting
• Prepare executive level updates, risk summaries, and decision ready communication for leadership.
• Write clear, assertive, and structured communication to vendors and project teams.
• Maintain consistent cadence of updates, action item tracking, and stakeholder engagement.
5. Project Governance, PMO Compliance, and Standards
• Lead the complete PMO gating process, ensuring all required artifacts, status updates, risk logs, and UAT evidence are prepared and submitted according to TIS PMO standards.
• Prepare and present content for Stage Gate reviews (SG1–SG4), including readiness assessments, scope alignment, financial updates, and cutover approvals.
• Manage DRB (Design Review Board) submissions, including defect escalations, enhancement requests, API changes, and cross system design impacts, ensuring all materials meet architectural and governance expectations.
• Track and communicate all decisions, approvals, and follow ups from DRB and PMO meetings to keep stakeholders aligned.
6. Financial Governance & Portfolio Management
• Maintain accurate project financials in EPPRT ((Enterprise Project Portfolio Reporting Tool) including updating budgets, forecasts, and multi year investment profiles to ensure alignment with PMO and Finance requirements.
• Perform project forecasting in Oracle PPM, including monthly cost updates, actuals review, accruals, variance analysis, and alignment of PPM data to EPPRT and Finance expectations.
• Reconcile discrepancies between Oracle Cloud (PPM), EPPRT, and internal cost trackers, ensuring financial data integrity and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with Finance, and BRMs to validate CAPEX/OPEX categorization, funding sources, and sustainment allocations.
• Provide accurate financial reporting for PMO Gating, DRB submissions, leadership reviews, and monthly forecasting cycles.
• Monitor vendor invoices, SOW burn rates, and cost-to-complete projections to avoid overruns and ensure transparent financial stewardship.
7. Quality Assurance
• Lead end-to-end defect triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking across SIT, UAT, and regression cycles.
• Coordinate with business testers (SMEs) and technical teams to validate fixes and maintain test discipline.
• Communicate defect trends, blockers, and vendor progress to leadership with clarity and accuracy.
• Ensure severity classification, fix timelines, and test evidence meet PMO and business expectations.
Project Management Experience
• 10+ years of hands on Project Management experience, leading complex, cross functional initiatives across business and IT teams
• Proven experience managing end to end project delivery, including planning, execution, testing, go live, hypercare, and transition to operations
• Strong experience with vendor and SI management, including scope alignment, effort estimation, dependency tracking, and escalation management
Domain & Functional Knowledge
• Preferred knowledge of Asset Management, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, and Procure to Pay (P2P) business processes
• Experience working with ERP integrated solutions (e.g., Oracle, Maximo, or similar enterprise platforms) is highly desirable
Governance, Delivery & Controls
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, including stage gates, change management, RAID management, and executive reporting
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams
Communication & Leadership
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage business leaders, SMEs, vendors, and technical teams
• Strong facilitation skills to drive decision making, alignment, and issue resolution across diverse teams
