We are working with a well-established construction consultancy seeking a Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of projects across Toronto.
This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of developments, including commercial, institutional, and mixed-use projects, managing delivery from early planning stages through to completion.
Position Overview
The Project Manager will take ownership of project delivery, acting as a key point of contact between clients, consultants, and contractors. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed efficiently, meeting key milestones across scope, schedule, and budget.
This role requires a well-rounded construction professional who is comfortable operating across all phases of the project lifecycle and can confidently manage both technical and commercial aspects of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from preconstruction through to closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and overall performance
- Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and contractors
- Oversee procurement, tendering, and contract administration
- Monitor construction progress and resolve project challenges
- Manage RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular reporting
- Identify risks and implement proactive solutions
Ideal Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a versatile and proactive Project Manager with broad construction experience and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Based in Canada, ideally in the Toronto area
- Background in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Well-rounded experience across multiple project phases
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and delivery methods
- Experience working across commercial, institutional, or mixed-use projects
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and commercially aware
