- Onshore Delivery Lead
- Primary focus: End-to-end delivery ownership for the squad.
- Key responsibilities & skills:
- Drive overall delivery for the squad, including release planning (SIT/UAT/Prod) and execution.
- Lead quarterly and sprint-level planning, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Provide regular updates to myself, Managers of Engineering and Product Owners.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC processes, release management, and change controls
- Strong experience with Agile delivery and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with Azure-based applications and enterprise integration landscapes is preferred
