Job Description & Skill Requirement:
• Act as the single point of contact at client site for project delivery
• Lead day-to-day coordination with customer stakeholders, engineering teams, and program leadership
• Translate customer requirements into executable technical scope, milestones, and delivery plans
• Drive execution of design, analysis, and other activities in coordination with offshore teams
• Monitor schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies; proactively manage and resolve project escalations
• Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, design reviews, and progress reviews
• Ensure timely delivery of technical outputs including design data, analysis reports, and documentation
• Maintain alignment with customer processes, quality systems, and regulatory frameworks
• Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive summaries to customer and internal management
• Support scope changes, estimates, and proposal extensions as required at the client site
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace / Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience managing UAV or aerospace engineering projects in a client-facing or onsite role
- Strong understanding of the aircraft/UAV development lifecycle and certification-oriented programs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint)
