Corona Construction LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and can confidently manage projects from initial estimating and bidding through final completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in construction estimating, project coordination, scheduling, cost control, and client communication. This position plays a critical role in helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
We are looking for someone who is organized, driven, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects while working closely with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate project estimates, proposals, and quantity takeoffs
- Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents
- Coordinate project schedules, timelines, materials, and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets, job costing, and cost control measures
- Conduct site visits and oversee project progress
- Communicate with clients regarding scope, scheduling, pricing, and updates
- Coordinate with field crews to ensure efficient project execution
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with vendors and subcontractors
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Ensure projects comply with safety standards, specifications, and company expectations
- Track leads, bids, awarded work, and project profitability
- Assist with workflow improvements and operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction estimating and project management
- Strong understanding of residential concrete, excavation, grading, and site work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Location
Based out of Provo with projects throughout Northern and Central Utah.
Pay
- $70,000–$110,000+ annually depending on experience and qualifications
