In this role, you will support the SrProject ManagementSpecialists to coordinate and deliver the implementation of our Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI) solution for utility clients across various market sectors, with a particular focus on large or “Tier 1” projects. Inthis role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of AMIprojects per the terms of each contract while prioritizing customer satisfaction and aligning with Honeywell’s business objectives.
Additionally,you will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, provide support andproblem-solvingassistance, and maintaineffective communicationwith all stakeholders to achieve productivity, quality, andcustomer satisfactiongoals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the SeniorProject ManagementSpecialists in implementing and coordinating the operational aspects of ongoing Customer Implementation projects.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal and external stakeholders including invoices, tracking costs, KPIs, and management reports.
Coordinate schedules and deliver status reports.
Review and report status of projects and tracking budgetspend in SAP.
Serve as liaison betweenproject managementand planning,project team, and line management.
Implementing mechanisms for monitoring project progress to ensure accurate project status in our GPMO PPM Tool.
Provide support andproblem-solvingalongside SrProject ManagementSpecialists, line managers, and customers as needed.
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, andcustomer satisfactiongoals and objectives.
Maintain effectivecommunicationwith internal and external stakeholders, providing regular status updates.
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates mustbe eligible for CGP clearance.
YOU MUST HAVE
Minimum 3+ years in project coordination
Post secondaryeducation
Customer required background verification checks must be completed and approval maintained
Ability to travel 10% of the time within Canada and US

A broad knowledge of principles and best practices in customer service
Utilize SAP experience to enhance project tracking and reporting.
Excellent team and communication skills
An ability to take initiative andwork with limited direction
An ability to influence at the operational level
Ability to work within a highlymatrixed organization
