Project Coordinator (Hybrid) Jobs in Toronto at GAV MGMT

We are seeking a Project Coordinator with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional organizational and communication skills are required to be successful in this position. As Project Coordinator you will coordinate between clients and technicians by producing daily/weekly schedules as well as providing necessary documents/information inline with current workloads and due dates.

Responsibilities:

Prepare daily and weekly reports based on priority and due dates
Request availability from client and keep communication with client PM
Work with Scheduling department
Work along side GAV Project Manager and Maintain and update status of projects
Plan workloads
Track product & schedule fulfilment
Build trust and productive relationships with clients, suppliers and co-workers

Qualifications:

3 years Coordinator experience
Project Management experience
Exceptional organizational skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong Time management skills and stress-management techniques
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, with advanced Excel skills
French an asset
Understanding of Audio Visual an asset

Education:

Bachelor Degree in Communication or business
