Job Description
Job title: Project Coordinator
Should have 4+ years of work experience in Microsoft D365 FO / AX2012
Location : Canada
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with project managers to lead large projects, including the creation of standard project documents such as project kick-off decks, budget vs. actual information, and status report templates.
- Lead smaller projects as assigned, including working with the client to understand their needs, coordinating resources with internal resource managers, and the approval of timesheets.
- Anticipate and escalate communication regarding project risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Setup and maintain project information in internal systems, working with sales, project management and CE team to assign project status size, dates, and other information.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Outlook and DevOps and Projects
- Work with project and resource managers to track current and anticipated resource assignments.
- Finding opportunities to streamline processes and capitalize on efficiency gains.
Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Graduation in Engineering or MBA or Postgraduate
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
- Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work primarily independently and concurrently manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively for the best interests of the business and the team.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
