Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
– Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
– Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
– Monitor project progress
– Manage project documentation, change orders, and RFIs
– Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the project
– Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role in the construction industry
– Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices
– Excellent time management and organizational skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
– Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality
