Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Control / PMO Analyst to support a regulatory-focused initiative within a large financial institution. This role provides governance, reporting, financial tracking, and project controls across multiple workstreams while working closely with internal stakeholders.
The successful candidate will spend approximately 25% of their time in meetings, will work within a small, collaborative team, and will not have access to customer data.

Key Responsibilities
Project Governance & Controls
- Own and maintain the RAID log, including ingestion, validation, and maintenance of Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions
- Ensure RAID items remain current, coherent, and properly escalated
- Maintain project change control, including tracking Project Change Requests (PCRs) and related actions
Reporting & Executive Support
- Prepare and consolidate weekly status reports, executive steering committee (ESC) materials, and ad-hoc reporting
- Ensure reporting aligns with regulatory and governance standards
Interdependency & Schedule Management
- Track and manage interdependencies across project workstreams and external initiatives
- Monitor schedules, milestones, and deliverables using MS Project
- Highlight and escalate risks, delays, or slippages
Financial Management
- Consolidate monthly cost forecasts
- Track actuals and perform variance analysis
- Support project financial governance and transparency
Artifact & Compliance Management
- Organize, index, and track required project artifacts
- Log exceptions and exemptions
- Support audits, compliance reviews, and delivery assurance activities
Stakeholder Interaction
- Interaction with internal stakeholders only (Project Managers, PMO, Finance, Governance teams)
- Approximately 25% of time spent in meetings
- No access to customer data

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of overall experience
- Ideal background: Large Financial Institution (FI) experience
