POSITION: Project Administrator (Provincial Government )
CONTRACT: Full-time, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST (7.25 hours per day), Monday to Friday
DURATION: from May 2026 for up to a 24-month term
LOCATION: Winnipeg, Manitoba
REQUIRED
- 2+ years of experience providing administrative support in a government office environment
- Understanding the separation of powers between the executive and judicial branches of government
- Experience supporting senior staff, managers, or teams with administrative coordination
- Experience in maintaining records, documentation, filing systems, and tracking tools
- Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, logistics, and general office activities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong communication skills, including professional oral and written communication
- Proficiency with office software, document management tools, and standard administrative systems
- A minimum of two (2) professional references
- A clean criminal record check status will be required
- An enhanced background check will be required on certain projects due to the confidentiality of the materials
