POSITION: Project Administrator (Provincial Government )

CONTRACT: Full-time, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm CST (7.25 hours per day), Monday to Friday

DURATION: from May 2026 for up to a 24-month term

LOCATION: Winnipeg, Manitoba

REQUIRED

  • 2+ years of experience providing administrative support in a government office environment
  • Understanding the separation of powers between the executive and judicial branches of government
  • Experience supporting senior staff, managers, or teams with administrative coordination
  • Experience in maintaining records, documentation, filing systems, and tracking tools
  • Experience coordinating meetings, schedules, logistics, and general office activities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
  • Strong communication skills, including professional oral and written communication
  • Proficiency with office software, document management tools, and standard administrative systems
  • A minimum of two (2) professional references
  • A clean criminal record check status will be required
  • An enhanced background check will be required on certain projects due to the confidentiality of the materials
