Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale HR transformation initiative, overseeing the deployment of Oracle HCM, payroll, and benefits solutions across 100 companies in North America. This role requires a strategic leader who can bridge business and technology, drive alignment across diverse stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead end-to-end program delivery for Oracle HCM, payroll, and benefits implementation across multiple entities and regions

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for business leaders and executives

• Manage cross-functional collaboration between IT, HR, Finance, payroll teams, and external system integrators

• Drive alignment and secure buy-in across stakeholders through strong negotiation and influencing skills

• Present program updates, risks, and opportunities to C-level executives with clarity and confidence

• Oversee key project phases including Conference Room Pilot (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and cutover/go-live

• Ensure seamless integration across systems (APIs, middleware, payroll interfaces)

• Identify opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and value creation

• Champion change management and user adoption through clear communication, empathy, and structured support

• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture across a matrixed organization

• Manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivering measurable business results

What You Must Have

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing complex programs or large-scale projects

• Proven experience with ERP implementations (Oracle HCM, Workday preferred; Salesforce experience considered)

• Strong experience managing multi-entity, multi-region programs with numerous stakeholders

• Demonstrated success in high-growth and matrixed environments

• Expertise in digital transformation and organizational change management

• Experience managing system integrators and third-party vendors

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits) and/or Workday

• Solid understanding of HR, payroll, and benefits processes

• Hands-on experience with systems integration (APIs, middleware, payroll interfaces)

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies

• Fluency in both French and English (required)
