Position Description
You will serve as the UAS FLEET SUPPORT TEAM (FST) LEAD PROGRAM MANAGER of FLTREADCEN EAST at Cherry Point, North Carolina.
Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will serve as the programmatic authority for the FST workload performed at this site and offsite support pertaining to the associated FST.
- You will ensure sound programmatic products and services, as well as recommendations for executive leadership within the program and the NAVAIR enterprise.
- You will oversee development of solutions to fleet-reported issues and ensure safe and prudent operations through programmatic assessment of problems.
- You will review and approve both disciplinary and adverse employee actions as applicable.
- You will lead and manage a large, complex technical organization.
