Overview
We are seeking a Program Manager V to support a high-visibility, enterprise-level compensation initiative. This role requires a strong consulting mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional coordination across HR, Engineering, Compensation, and Business teams while driving project execution, alignment, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
- Own and manage the end-to-end project plan, including milestones, timelines, and dependencies
- Lead recurring project meetings, including agenda creation, facilitation, and follow-ups
- Track progress, identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely delivery of all project deliverables
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with cross-functional teams including HR, Engineering, Compensation, and Operations
- Act as the central point of coordination across multiple teams
- Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Build strong working relationships to ensure alignment and execution
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Facilitate discussions to gather business and technical requirements
- Translate requirements into actionable deliverables for execution teams
- Maintain project documentation including requirements, status reports, and decision logs
Execution & Delivery Support
- Drive issue resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders
- Support testing cycles, readiness activities, and change management efforts
- Ensure alignment with end-to-end compensation processes and timelines
Required Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in Program or Project Management
- Prior experience in consulting (Big 4 or major consulting firms preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to compensation processes or HR systems
- Experience working on M&A-related initiatives
- Familiarity with end-to-end system workflows
- Experience with Salesforce (nice to have)
Work Environment
- Hybrid role based in Toronto (2 days onsite required at Waterpark Place)
- Must be comfortable working in EST time zone
Interview Process
- 2–3 interview rounds
- Assessment or assignment may be included

- Candidates with less than 3 years or more than 8 years of experience may not be considered
- Strong preference for candidates with cross-functional collaboration experience
