You will drive cross-functional execution, ensuring seamless recruitment, onboarding, and training processes. This role demands strong leadership and management of high-volume hiring to fulfill production milestones efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end program planning and governance
• Develop wave-based hiring plans and capacity models
• Standardize hiring and onboarding process flow
• Monitor hiring funnel health from applicants to start dates
• Create stakeholder communication plans for clear updates
Requirements:
• 5+ years of program management experience
• Experience scaling high-volume hiring and onboarding
• Strong knowledge of HR and training processes
• Proven ability to lead and influence without authority
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
