Lead individuals to success with Ballad Group as the Program Coordinator for the Professional Insurance Careers program in Lethbridge. This full-time role focuses on workforce development in the insurance industry.
Ballad’s Workforce Development Division seeks a dedicated Program Coordinator to spearhead the PIC integrated training program. You will recruit and mentor 15 participants per cohort, ensuring effective training conditions. Strong collaboration skills are key, as you’ll engage with team members, stakeholders, and community partners to facilitate recruitment and job placement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit qualified participants for each training cohort
• Assess individual needs and lead participant intake
• Collaborate with team members for daily training requirements
• Create a supportive environment for participant learning
• Maintain contacts within the insurance sector for job placements
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree
• 1-3 years in program coordination in relevant fields
• Experience in placement and customer relationship building
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online databases
• Public speaking or facilitation experience preferred
