Position Overview:
The Big Hits Program Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for the inspection and testing of critical equipment during the pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up phases. They will be coordinating inspection and testing to work scopes to drive towards a smooth and safe start-up. This role involves meticulous data management,
communication
with process systems owners, and
collaboration
across multiple teams to ensure the timely completion of essential tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management:
Maintain and update the Big Hits Program list using Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
2.
Communication
:
Act as a liaison between CSU team and stakeholders (process systems owners, engineering, technology) to track the status of big hits in their respective areas, facilitating alignment and understanding of responsibilities.
3. Coordinate Inspections:
Works with project and CSU teams to take advantage of opportunity inspections. Ensure that CSU and Asset team members are connected with field activities and are able to complete Big Hit Inspections
4. Escalation:
Identify any items that cannot be completed within the current project phase and escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders for resolution
5. Reporting:
Generate regular status reports on the progress of the Big Hits Program, highlighting achievements, challenges, and potential bottlenecks.
6. Support:
Provide administrative support to the Big Hits Program Manager and other team members as needed, including
meeting coordination
, file management, and correspondence.
7. Cross-Functional
Collaboration:
Work closely with construction, engineering, operations, and CSU (Commissioning and Start-Up) teams to facilitate
communication
and coordination of program activities.
Requirements:
1. Administrative
Skills:
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite), with a strong emphasis on Excel for managing data and creating reports.

in data management and documentation.

6. Knowledge of LNG Operations:
Familiarity with LNG plant operations, commissioning processes, and industry standards is advantageous.
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field. Or technical diploma/ certification in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a technical setting (project or plant)
