In this highly collaborative role, you’ll bolster program operations under the supervision of Co-Directors. Expect to tackle database rollout, support reporting processes, manage logistics for team events, and maintain organized documentation. Your organized approach will contribute to a culture of efficiency and responsiveness within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and format quarterly Board Reports

• Coordinate timesheet workflows and reminders

• Organize logistics for meetings and retreats

• Maintain internal documentation for partnerships

• Ensure accurate donor relationship tracking

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in coordination

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel

• Experience with CRM or data systems is a plus

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Fluency in English required; other languages preferred

Contribute to effective program administration, ensuring seamless coordination and data management.
