What You’ll Do:
· Clean residential homes (apartments, single-family homes) and light commercial offices in Rockville, Bethesda, and Gaithersburg
· Perform standard cleaning tasks: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, wiping kitchens, and trash removal
· Follow JudyMaids’ 28-point checklist to ensure consistency
· Company vehicle provided
· Communicate professionally with clients regarding special requests
Who You Are:
· Experienced: 1+ year of professional cleaning (housekeeping, janitorial, or service) preferred but not required—we will train the right person
· Reliable: You show up on time and as scheduled
· Detail-Oriented: You notice baseboards, blinds, and behind appliances
· Physically Able: Able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30 lbs throughout a shift
· Background Ready: Must pass a standard criminal background check
Requirements:
· Authorized to work in the U.S.
· Smartphone (for scheduling and communication)
· Ability to read and speak basic English (for safety labels and cleaning instructions)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
