Performance pay
You are GUARANTEED a payrate of $19.05/hr from start of your workday to the end. That said … The better you get at your job, the more your pay rate will reflect that! We’re proud to have some staff earning over $25/hr.

Earn PAID days off (over and above your vacation days). 5-day staff tends to earn approximately 1 paid day/1-1.5months! We have an easy system in place to track where you stand towards earning this perk!

Never work evenings, weekends, or holidays. Our teams start each day at 9 am and finish prior to 5:30 pm daily. Imagine having dinner with your family every evening!
