Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and standards
- Manage food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients for various menu items
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout all stages of food handling and preparation
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining quality control
- Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes or improvements based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of Italian specialties while maintaining consistency and presentation
Skills
