We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Products & Pricing Coordinator to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product and pricing information across multiple systems while supporting members (franchisees), suppliers, and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and update product and pricing information across multiple platforms and databases.
- Review supplier and internal data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before system imports.
- Audit data to identify discrepancies, duplicate records, formatting issues, and missing information.
- Manage integrations between internal databases and third-party product catalog platforms.
- Maintain online product catalogs, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure information remains current and accurate.
- Analyze product and pricing data to identify errors and inconsistencies.
- Utilize Excel to organize, validate, and prepare data for system uploads.
- Create reports and data exports to support business operations and member needs.
- Assist with data troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Serve as a resource for product, pricing, and system-related questions.
- Support members with navigating system tools and resolving inquiries.
- Coordinate a large bi-annual sales event.
Required Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data validation.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable answering phones and assisting members and business partners.
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with large spreadsheets, databases, or inventory systems.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar business software.
- Previous experience in administrative support, pricing, inventory control, data entry, or coordinator roles.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how data moves between systems.
Work Environment
- Fully on-site position located in Bonita Springs, Florida.
- Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Annual travel required (typically once per year) to support a company convention.
