Introduction

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Products & Pricing Coordinator to join our team in Bonita Springs, Florida. This position plays a critical role in maintaining product and pricing information across multiple systems while supporting members (franchisees), suppliers, and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and update product and pricing information across multiple platforms and databases.
  • Review supplier and internal data for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before system imports.
  • Audit data to identify discrepancies, duplicate records, formatting issues, and missing information.
  • Manage integrations between internal databases and third-party product catalog platforms.
  • Maintain online product catalogs, including images, descriptions, and pricing.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure information remains current and accurate.
  • Analyze product and pricing data to identify errors and inconsistencies.
  • Utilize Excel to organize, validate, and prepare data for system uploads.
  • Create reports and data exports to support business operations and member needs.
  • Assist with data troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
  • Serve as a resource for product, pricing, and system-related questions.
  • Support members with navigating system tools and resolving inquiries.
  • Coordinate a large bi-annual sales event.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data validation.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable answering phones and assisting members and business partners.
  • Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large spreadsheets, databases, or inventory systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar business software.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, pricing, inventory control, data entry, or coordinator roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of how data moves between systems.

Work Environment

  • Fully on-site position located in Bonita Springs, Florida.
  • Regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Annual travel required (typically once per year) to support a company convention.
