Job Description:
This is a repetitive job, requiring self-monitoring to achieve goals. Some duties may include, riveting, tapping, pemming, deburring, and product assembling using basic hand tools. Experience in a production setting is an asset but not a requirement. The successful candidates should have good dexterity, a strong work ethic and be willing to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
Follow assembly instructions and diagrams accurately
Inspect finished products for quality assurance
Identify and report any issues or defects in materials or equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times
Meet production quotas and deadlines
Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
Employment Details:
Starting Wage: $22 per hour + $1.5 per hour shift premium
Monday to Thursday, 4:15pm to 2:15am.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repetitively
You must be reliable, pleasant and can be trained
Ability to follow English written and spoken directions
Must have a Class 5 License (Public Transport is not available for early start time)
