Production Team – Metal Fab Shop Jobs in Guelph at Iron Embers Inc.
Iron Embers is a small manufacturing business in Guelph Ontario. We have been producing premium firepits since 2011 (check out our website: www.ironembers.com).
We are looking for entry-level Metal Fabricators to join our team. This is a really pivotal role and the ideal candidate will:
Have a good knowledge of MIG welding, grinding, and buffing steel
Troubleshoot equipment failures and have the ability to maintain the tools needed to execute the job
Be a quick learner, adaptable, and open to critiques and suggestions
Have a good eye for spotting quality issues during the production process
Be on time and ready to work, every day
Being a small business, margins are tight and not succeeding is not an option. We are looking for a team member that understands the importance of ongoing learning, growth, and excelling at their work.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
