Position: Production Team Member – Print Room Operator
Location: Brandon, Manitoba
Shift: Weekdays – Day Shift
Leatherwood Custom Branding is seeking an additional team member to assist our production facility in producing custom branded apparel and hats. If you’re a go-getter with a passion for craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
Position Overview:
As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for operating printing equipment, managing digital files and logos and creating custom decorated apparel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of our top-quality products and meeting tight deadlines. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Create custom designed apparel precision and attention to detail.
Operate printing equipment & manage digital files
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality items.
A strong work ethic and ability to hustle to meet production targets.
Knowledge of Adobe Suite is not required but considered a strong asset
