Title: Production Operator

Duties & Responsibilities:
Follow a recipe to accurately load powders, resins, solvents and other materials into mixers
Operate mixers and mills used to manufacture printing ink following detailed SOP’s
Effective written and oral communication skills, and basic computer knowledge
Lifting, loading and stacking of pails up to 20 kgs onto pallets
Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
General knowledge of WHMIS
Adhering to all policies and procedures including ISO and GMP
Forklift license an asset
Other duties as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must be physically fit and able to safely and repeatedly, pull and carry heavy items
Must be able to work quickly on a consistent basis through-out the shift
Must be energetic, self-motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision
Must demonstrate a proven record of consistent on-time attendance
Previous manufacturing experience in a similar environment is an asset
A high school diploma is preferred
Shifts Rotation:
*Must be willing to work all shifts*
Monday to Friday 3 shift rotation
Days : 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Afternoons: 3:00 pm to 11:30pm, Nights: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
