Production workers use a variety of equipment, including automated machines to produce, package, and store various quantities of packaged ice. JOB SCOPE
- Help monitor product and support daily production goals
- Help monitor automated bagging and palletizing equipment
- Clean immediate work area and entire production facility when needed
- Must work in a safe and responsible manner to protect personnel and property
- Must adhere to all food safety policies and procedures as established
APPLICANT QUALIFICATIONS
- Individual must be able to lift 20lbs at once periodically
- Must have basic math skills and be able to complete simple paperwork
- Must be able to work in room with temperatures of +45-60 degrees and occasionally below 32 degrees
- The ability to operate a pallet jack is necessary, training will be provided to all qualified individuals
- Must be able to work shifts as assigned
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to submit to random drug testing if necessary
- Must be able to work well with others in a team setting
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends during summer months
- Fluent in Spanish
- Must be able to communicate with Spanish Speaking Supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour
