Being a fall intern at Cascades is a unique opportunity to define your interests and discover your passion within the team of Jake Bennett for the fall of 2024!
Support the current production supervisor in his daily tasks.
Perform audits, performance evaluations and other related tasks.
Find new ideas to help the team meet production standards.
Daily communication with employees regarding production KPI.
Ensure training coordination.
Always maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Other duties related to the job.

Pursuit of a degree in Project Management, or other related disciplines
Detail oriented, with strong listening skills.
A questioning mindset, the desire to ask for clarification of our processes to gain a deeper understanding.
Highly organized, problem solving, analytical and focused.
Comfort working in an environment with varying noise and temperature levels.
Basic knowledge of recycling programs (Cascades recovery process) is preferred.
