Job description :
We are looking for a Day Production Foreman for a company specialized in the processing and sorting of used appliances located in L’Assomption. Position available immediately, 40 hours per week – On-site.
Reporting to the Plant Manager (and accompanied by an assistant), you will be in charge of the following tasks :
– Manage the production activities of a team of 20 people
– Optimize production space (to make it safe, efficient and proactive)
– Participate in production and material sorting activities
– Work as a team with OHS and Quality
– Ensure proper training of employees and compliance with standards and rules
– Evaluate employees and set objectives
– Other related tasks

Your profile
:
– 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
– DEP or AEC or other diploma in industrial engineering, production
– Salary: $50k – $64k depending on experience + benefits
