Job Title: Production Team Member – Engineered Wood Products
Location: Surrey, BC (17702 104th Ave, Surrey BC)
Schedule: Full Time 7:00AM to 3:30PM (Monday – Friday)
Pay: Starting at $27.75/hr, benefits after four months

Job Description: As a Production Team Member, you will be actively involved in the manufacturing process of high-quality engineered wood products. This role requires a hands-on approach and a commitment to maintaining high standards of production and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery for the finger joint infeed and outfeed processes
Load small wood blocks onto the infeed and unload finished lumber from the outfeed
Perform repetitive tasks efficiently to meet production targets
Ensure cleanliness and order around the production area and equipment
Assist with mechanical troubleshooting and perform routine maintenance as needed
Safely operate forklifts to handle materials within the facility
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Physically fit and able to lift, push, and pull materials
Experience in the wood products industry is advantageous but not required
Flexibility to perform various tasks as needed within the operation
Forklift operation and lumber grading skills are preferred; training will be provided if necessary
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and personal development
