Local Sylacauga Manufacturer – Airplane Filter Production
Join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality airplane filters in a fast-paced production environment
Location: Sylacauga, AL
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
1st Shift Available
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble airplane filters and related components
- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery
- Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments
- Use hand tools and measuring devices
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Work with team members to meet production goals
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and make process adjustments as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience required
- Machine operating experience preferred
- Experience with machine setup, changeovers, and process adjustments is a plus
- Familiarity with HMI (digital control) systems is helpful
- Ability to read a tape measure, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills
- Solid work history and reliable attendance
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 60 lbs.
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
