Position Overview
We are seeking a Production Associate to support our production and operations. In this role, you will assist in manufacturing herbal products, fulfilling orders, and handling shipping logistics.
The main products that will be manufactured are herbal tinctures, packaged herbsm herbal powders, salts, peppers, spices, and teas.
This role also includes operation of our ERP system, shipping software and more technical needs. The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking on a variety of tasks, with the flexibility to adapt to everchanging roles and responsibilities within the company, and must be a driven person who puts forth a good effort everyday.
This position will require the ability to do repetitive tasks while maintaining an attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can take pride in their work and grow with us. We like to promote from the inside, and there is opportunity for growth in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing and production of handcrafted herbal remedies, following quality control standards and maintaining good manufacturing practices.
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Order fulfillment, including packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments for distribution.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping fulfillment for orders across Canada and the US.
- Help maintain inventory management by tracking stock levels and preparing materials for production.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all products meet our high standards.
- Take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed, such as assisting with product development, production scheduling, or other operational tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene protocols.
Qualifications
- Willingness to hustle and succeed in what can be a high pressure environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- High attention to detail, particularly with quality control and order accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take on new tasks and learn different roles as the company evolves.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift packages (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to hold a high standard for quality while completing repetitive tasks.
