Position Summary:

We are looking to hire multiple hands-on Production Assemblers_, who would be responsible for assembling, testing, and packaging_ all electronic parts in Photon’s high-tech, fast-paced environment. This position is also collectively responsible for compliance to Environment Health & Safety, On-Time Delivery, Productivity and Efficiency of our Operations.

Monday – Friday (8Hrs/Day) 7:30am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

Manually assemble electronic components, including complex and accurate parts
Perform hand soldering and test, mixed assemblies, and custom parts
Do final assembly and/or pack and ship as required
Mechanical assembly as required
Conduct repair/touch-up/modifications on the products as required
Able to work on different aspects of manufacturing operations
Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set
Participate in all team-level quality improvement initiatives, 6S, and safety procedures

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment required
Knowledge of standards in electronic components handling in a cleanroom environment required
Ability to Read & Understand technical assembly instructions and drawings
Hands-on manufacturing skills such as manual soldering
Basic MSExcel, MSOutlook email experience
Strong communication skills and a team player
Basic understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles
