We are currently looking for a Marketing Agent to
join our team
. The marketing agent will report to the Product Manager and will assist him in the management of product categories (management of the existing range as well as the development of new products).Main
Responsibilities
Product and Data support (30%)Communicate with and maintain a relationship with external vendors to collect information on products (specifications, photos, instructions, technical documents)
Document internal databases for product creations and maintenance.
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of the information received in relation to the company’s criteria.
Web support (30%)Document products published on our websites, including creating new product pages and updating existing products.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information being published.
Obtain and modify (where necessary) technical drawings and instructions in relation to the company’s criteria.
Maintain division websites by ensuring the correct products for respective markets have been published.
Customer service support (25%)Respond to questions from internal customers (sales, customer service)
Communicate with outside vendors to provide technical and
product knowledge
support to internal customers.
Prepare and coordinate the shipping of sample orders or replacement parts.
Marketing support (15%)Coordinate and follow-up on the creation of product launch materials (sales sheets, web banners)
Coordinate and follow-up on the creation of marketing materials and activities (catalogs, email marketing campaigns, trade shows) according to established schedules.
As the role develops, other responsibilities may include:
Assist the product manager in the creation of sales and training tools.
Participate in inter-departmental projects to improve the performance of the product category (operations, logistics, purchasing, compliance, customer service etc…)Assist the product manager in the management of inventories whether for products at the end of their life cycle (EOL) or new products (NPI).Participate in sales development strategies for North America
Requirements
DEC in marketing or administration (work experience in a similar position could be considered.
Bilingualism (French and English), both written and oral
Good computer skills:
Suite MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Adobe Creative Suite (PDF editor)
Image editing software
