Product Manager
Job duties:
-Manage and oversee the sales team of the company.
-Assign tasks and goals to salespersons, evaluate their performance, and provide reports to the Director.
-Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitors’ pricing to determine the goods to be sold and develop sales strategies.
-Maintain relationships with existing B2B clients and explore opportunities to acquire new clients.
-Coordinate with internal departments, like
inventory management
, for smooth sales operations.
-Resolve customer issues, inquiries, and complaints.
-Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives.
-Motivate sales teams to achieve goals.
-Collaborate with the marketing department to boost sales and company performance.
-Analyze sales data and create reports for management evaluation.
-Prepare budgets and sales forecasts for management.
Job requirements:
-A college diploma is required;
-Minimum 2 years in sales and management is required;
