We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated professional to fill the position of Product Manager for our Mining division. The Product Manager role at Quadra is a blend of marketing and procurement functions. We are looking for a candidate with significant marketing experience and an established network of relationships in the mining industry.
Ideally, the candidate would be close to one of our offices in Quebec or Ontario and is fully bilingual in English and French. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Product Manager will bring professional product management expertise to this position while making strategic decisions regarding the product portfolio. This could include sales and marketing strategies,
inventory management
, supporting the sales team and achieving sales and gross margin goals.

Supplier Management:
Manage relationships with an international supplier base Build strong, multi-level relationships with suppliers through regular documented visits
Pivotal in working with our Shanghai office to source products and gather market intelligence
Formally evaluate the performance of key suppliers Product and Market Strategy:
Identify and provide a reliable and competitive supply of products for targeted markets
Responsible for continued market development and sustained profitable growth of the product portfolio
Be the expert of your key products and markets
Spearhead growth in terms of potential new products and target markets Sales Alignment and Management:
Central role in working very closely with the corporate sales force and balancing corporate objectives, customer requirements, and supplier expectations
Manage pricing and maintain price lists
