As the Product Manager for Data and Analytics, your role is to drive the Pelesys TMDS data strategy and deliver
impactful
data solutions.
You will
work closely with the IT Systems Architect and the IT Security team to leverage data as a strategic asset and create value for the business. Responsible for the product backlog. Prioritize based on various stakeholder inputs.
Manage product budget, roadmap, and release plan.
Craft a data strategy aligned with our customers’ needs and aspirations.
Gather & analyse customer business needs & workflow submitted in Feature Requests Translate data from the system requirements and workflow diagrams into product specifications and align seamlessly across all facets of our product ecosystem.
Design analytical dashboards that empower decision-makers.
Collaborate with engineering and
cross-functional teams
to identify and deliver data-driven solutions that create business value.
Own & write EPICS, responsible for Road Map creation and maintains it.
Ensure data quality and accuracy across all data sources and platforms.
Assist BSA with customer RFP assessment.
Align technical feasibility with business goals. Collaborate with the technical system architect.
Collect, assess, and present product OKRs.Coordinate release document delivery with User Guide Creators Create and maintain sales collaterals in coordination with the marketing team.
Our ideal candidate has:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data management, preferably in the aviation industry.
Strong understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakes and Power
BI.
Experience with
aviation related background within aviation training.
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills
, with the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions.
