ROLE SUMMARY
AutoShack is hiring a hands-on Product Data Operations Manager to take full ownership of our product data environment.
You will lead:
- A 100,000+ SKU product catalog
- A team of 10–15 product data specialists
This is a high-impact, execution-focused leadership role responsible for building structure, improving data quality, and driving operational performance across the catalog.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
- Full ownership of product data (titles, images, attributes, compatibility, content)
- Catalog accuracy, completeness, and structure
- Product Information Management (PIM) systems
- Product Data Governance and quality standards
- Data validation rules and QA workflows
- Product onboarding and SKU creation processes
- Large-scale data cleanup and catalog organization
- Team performance, productivity, and accountability
- KPI tracking and improvement:
- data accuracy
- error rates
- throughput
- time-to-publish
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience managing a large product catalog (100,000+ SKUs)
- Experience leading a team of 10+ employees
- Hands-on ownership of:
- Product data / catalog operations
- Product Information Management (PIM) systems or similar
- Experience implementing:
- data validation rules
- QA processes
- data governance standards
- Proven ability to:
- clean and organize large datasets
- build structured processes
- improve team performance and output
STRONG ASSETS
- Experience with PIM tools (Akeneo, Pimberly, Informatica, etc.)
- ERP or ecommerce platform experience
- Automotive catalog or compatibility data experience

COMPENSATION
$125,000 – $150,000 CAD
Full-time, permanent
100% onsite – Kanata, Ontario
