Product & Content Marketing Strategist Jobs in Canada at QuadC
Title: Product & Content Marketing Strategist
Company: QuadC
Location: Canada
About QuadC
QuadC is a growing B2B SaaS platform delivering critical infrastructure to the educational and enterprise sectors. We are an agile, 25-person team focused on helping organizations optimize scheduling, boost engagement, and streamline operations. Our buyers belong to complex institutional committees (Provosts, Presidents, and VPs), meaning our marketing must be highly authoritative, strategic, and polished.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Product & Content Marketing Strategist will own how QuadC speaks to the market, drives top-of-funnel engagement, and positions our product. This role is a unique blend of high-level B2B copywriting, product marketing, on-camera presentation, and event production. You will be responsible for defining our positioning, generating authoritative content, hosting our webinar series, and flawlessly executing high-touch physical events like industry tradeshows and executive dinners.
During a scheduled parental leave from September 2026 onward, you will operate with immense autonomy, collaborating directly with the CEO to ensure our messaging and event strategy align with business goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Event Planning & Execution: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of our physical event footprint. This includes coordinating tradeshow logistics, purchasing event materials, booth design, and organizing intimate, high-touch executive dinners for target decision-makers.
- Webinar Program Ownership: Design, script, and host our webinar series. You will act as the primary on-camera talent, translating complex institutional challenges into compelling, educational narratives for an executive audience.
- High-Value Content Creation: Research and author authoritative middle/bottom-of-funnel assets (whitepapers, industry reports, infographics), SEO-optimized blog posts, and thought-leadership content for LinkedIn (text and video).
- Sales & Product Enablement: Partner with leadership to produce critical collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, competitor comparison sheets, and core product positioning documentation.
- Asset & Contractor Management: Use Canva to rapidly create clean graphics for social, web, and print. When complex video deliverables are required, you will manage external creative contractors from brief to final delivery.
About you:
- Experience: 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B SaaS or tech environment, navigating complex buying committees. Startup experience is highly valued – you must be a self-starter who excels in ambiguous environments, rolls up your sleeves to manage projects, and be flexible owning projects outside your core scope.
- Executive-Level Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You know how to write content that resonates deeply with academic and corporate executives (Provosts, VPs, Presidents).
- On-Camera Comfort: Genuine comfort and professionalism presenting on camera for webinars and short-form social videos.
- Organizational Mastery: Highly organized with proven project management skills to handle complex event logistics without missing a detail.
- Tools: Proficient with Canva, Hubspot, Google Analytics, and SEMRush
- Bonus Points: Experience in Higher Ed or Corporate L&D sectors; hands-on video creation/editing experience; a background in marketing research.
What We Offer:
- Full Time. Remote or Hybrid (work remotely across Canada or in our Ottawa office)
- Competitive pay and benefits
- Opportunity to grow within the company and be able to see the impact of your work with a small team
- Great work environment with friendly, hardworking teammates
