Initial Term: June 15 2026 to June 11 2027, with possibility for extension.

Target Compensation: $26.14 per hour.
Regular Work Hours: FULL TIME WORK HOURS – 7.25 work hours per day, not including unpaid 1 hour lunch break, to be worked during regular business hours, Monday to Friday (36.25 work hours per week).
Work Location: 100% onsite at Client's Downtown Toronto office, on PATH and near TTC station.
Responsibilities Summary:
Provides procurement coordination and project support services across the full procurement lifecycle, ensuring compliance with applicable policies, standards, and procedures while supporting contract administration and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct and coordinate procurement activities across all stages of the procurement lifecycle, from planning through contract implementation, including second-stage procurement processes under senior guidance.
- Prepare and review procurement documentation including business cases, approval documents, tenders, change requests, briefing notes, correspondence, and reports.
- Maintain and update contracts lists, workflows, content management systems, and other internal procurement tools with a high degree of accuracy.
- Gather, analyze, and prepare procurement data, metrics, and reports to support reporting requirements and decision-making.
- Coordinate procurement functions to ensure services are cost-effective, high quality, and compliant with applicable policies, directives, and standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, legal counsel, and external vendors/suppliers to support procurement approvals and respond to inquiries.
- Provide administrative and technical support for procurement and contract management tools and systems, including Vendor of Record arrangements.
- Monitor contract performance and provide ongoing contract administration support throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Participate in procurement and project initiatives by conducting research, analysis, and coordinating assigned project components.
- Support project management activities including scheduling meetings, preparing status reports, taking minutes, and coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
- Additional procurement and project coordination responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or related field, or applicable combination of work experience and education.
Preferred Work Experience: At least 2+ years of progressive, related work experience in procurement, contract management, project coordination, and administrative support.
Preferred Sector Experience: Public Sector or financial industry experience an asset.
Technical and Language Skills Requirements:
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook (will be tested).
- Accurate data entry and typing skills (will be tested).
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal, including strong business writing skills and polished verbal communication.

- Ability to determine procurement priorities and requirements through planning documents and stakeholder consultation.

- Effective consultation and interpersonal skills to coordinate procurement processes and engage stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, tight deadlines, and changing work demands.
- High level of attention to detail when reviewing procurement and contract documentation and maintaining system accuracy.
- Superior attention to detail, and organized, methodical approach to completion of tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently, collaboratively, and in an advisory capacity, and liaise effectively with a wide and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced organizational, coordinative and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work effectively, meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Proven ability to professionally handle confidential information and exercise good judgement in the interpretation and application of instructions and organization policy.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada, providing satisfactory documentation upon request.
- Ability to work both remotely and onsite, abiding by organization health and safety policies.
- Ability to promptly provide minimum of 2 reasonably recent, qualified employment references upon request.
- Ability to declare personal Non-Conflict of Interest in execution of assignment responsibilities prior to assignment start.
- Provision of certification of AODA and OHSA online training course completion prior to assignment start.
- Satisfactory Background Checks, Technical Skills Evaluations, and Employment References as required.
