Our Environment:
The Richmond Hill facility maintains a 24-hour 7 days operation with continental shift rotational environment. Shifts are 12 hours, from 7am to 7:30pm (days) or 7:00pm to 7:30am (nights). We maintain a 2-3 rotation.

Position Summary:
The Process Operator is responsible for overseeing the processing from pre-weighing to filling. This role will be responsible for operating and ensuring appropriate cleaning and sanitizing of all processing equipment and associated work area. The Process Operator will maintain and document process parameters on various equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Follows all safety policies (such as LOTO, Safe Knife Handling, Safe Lifting Technics Safe Chemical Handling, Emergency Response Procedure, Fire Drills) and participate in safety training programs to promote a safety-first culture.
Following all quality, GMP, and PPE policies & procedures (safe material handling, lot traceability, etc.)
Setting up and keeping line equipment running efficiently and proactively reporting any defects found to production leadhand and/or supervisor
Maintaining clean, sanitized work area
Monitor and document process parameters at various stages of process from cleaning, CIP, sterilization, production, and changeovers to ensure regulatory compliances.
Conduct teardown and manual cleaning of equipment as required.
